The analysis shows that students have a high level of awareness of our university, and most of them said that they learned about us through the website. In addition, when looking at each academic department, the school of food and health sciences had a high degree of recognition, which is likely to be due to the large number of students interested in food. 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 耕地分散解消に向けた農地利用調整の学際的研究, 20260401, 20300331, 堀部 篤; 井上 淳生; 高山 太輔; 毛利 泰大; 竹内 重吉; 倪 鏡 Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research Grant-in-Aid for Early-Career Scientists, The economic value of irrigation in developing countries and dry season vegetable production, 202104, 202603, 毛利 泰大, 経済成長に伴い、米などの穀物を中心とする食生活から、野菜・果樹、畜産物を取り入れた多様な食生活へ移行することが知られている。この変化は特に都市部において顕著に観察され、周辺農村部での農業生産を変化させる可能性がある。分析対象国のインドネシアでは慣行的な農業として雨季に2回の稲作と乾季の畑作物（豆類など）が行われてきた。雨季の水稲は自給的性格を有する一方、未だ人口増加下にあるインドネシアでは商品作物としても機能する。他方、乾季畑作物は水稲より収益性は低い。そのため水田における野菜作の導入は乾季畑作物を代替する形で進行することが予想される。乾季に収益性の高い野菜作を安定的に導入するには灌漑水へのアクセスが重要である。
本研究の目的は、乾季の野菜作における灌漑水の役割を明らかにすることである。本年度は分析対象国となるインドネシアの農業生産のマクロの状況を明らかにするために、個票データ（Sruvei Pendapatan Petani 2013）を用いて農業生産の状況を把握することを目的とした。インドネシアは人口や経済活動、そして農業生産においても国土面積では相対的に小さいジャワ島に集中している実態を有する。ジャカルタ特別州やジョグジャカルタ特別州では農業生産の最も大きなシェアは野菜生産や畜産が占めており、都市の経済規模に誘発され、都市部周辺において農業生産の高付加価値化が起こっていることがわかる。ジャワ島ないしインドネシアにおける米の主要生産地である西ジャワ州、中部ジャワ州、東ジャワ州では農業生産の最大シェアは米であるが、野菜作生産のシェアは畑作物よりも高いことがわかり、ジャワでの伝統的な作付体系において乾季の畑作物が野菜作へ代替されている可能性が示唆された。 科学技術振興機構, 産学が連携した研究開発成果の展開 研究成果展開事業 共創の場形成支援 共創の場形成支援プログラム(COI-NEXT) 地域共創分野(育成型), 農村と都市との豊かな結びつきを育む「いわて畜産テリトーリオ」創造拠点, 202410, 202510, 岩手県北部6市町村は、畜産をなりわいとして、地域の風土・歴史・文化・くらしが密接に関係し合いながら発展してきた地域である。しかしながら、当地域は、条件不利地を多く抱え、人口減少が急速に進む中で、気候変動や資材価格高騰等の影響により、畜産業の継続のみならず、農村コミュニティの存続そのものが危ぶまれる状況にある。このため、本プロジェクトでは、「農村のなりわいを守り、都市との豊かな結びつきを育む『いわて畜産テリトーリオ』の実現」をビジョンに掲げ、畜産業を中心に、生産効率のみを重視するのではなく、畜産がもたらす産品や教育効果、景観等を活用・保全し、農村と都市の人々が共に真の豊かさを享受できる社会の創造に向けて取り組む。 酪農学園大学, 学内共同研究, ドローン・ICT活用による持続的な農村づくりに関する研究, 202204, 202303, 毛利泰大; 金子正美; 小川健太; 小野貴司 一般財団法人北海道開発協会, 令和2年度研究助成, 防災・減災における「共助」活動主体としての農村経済コミュニティの可能性, 202004, 202103, 毛利泰大; 福島健司

The analysis shows that students have a high level of awareness of our university, and most of them said that they learned about us through the website. In addition, when looking at each academic department, the school of food and health sciences had a high degree of recognition, which is likely to be due to the large number of students interested in food. Also, it was shown that SNS, especially YouTube and TikTok, are effective in promoting the university to high school students and that the effectiveness of the traditional media is small. |

| Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research Grant-in-Aid for Early-Career Scientists, The economic value of irrigation in developing countries and dry season vegetable production, 202104, 202603, 毛利 泰大, 経済成長に伴い、米などの穀物を中心とする食生活から、野菜・果樹、畜産物を取り入れた多様な食生活へ移行することが知られている。この変化は特に都市部において顕著に観察され、周辺農村部での農業生産を変化させる可能性がある。分析対象国のインドネシアでは慣行的な農業として雨季に2回の稲作と乾季の畑作物（豆類など）が行われてきた。雨季の水稲は自給的性格を有する一方、未だ人口増加下にあるインドネシアでは商品作物としても機能する。他方、乾季畑作物は水稲より収益性は低い。そのため水田における野菜作の導入は乾季畑作物を代替する形で進行することが予想される。乾季に収益性の高い野菜作を安定的に導入するには灌漑水へのアクセスが重要である。
本研究の目的は、乾季の野菜作における灌漑水の役割を明らかにすることである。本年度は分析対象国となるインドネシアの農業生産のマクロの状況を明らかにするために、個票データ（Sruvei Pendapatan Petani 2013）を用いて農業生産の状況を把握することを目的とした。インドネシアは人口や経済活動、そして農業生産においても国土面積では相対的に小さいジャワ島に集中している実態を有する。ジャカルタ特別州やジョグジャカルタ特別州では農業生産の最も大きなシェアは野菜生産や畜産が占めており、都市の経済規模に誘発され、都市部周辺において農業生産の高付加価値化が起こっていることがわかる。ジャワ島ないしインドネシアにおける米の主要生産地である西ジャワ州、中部ジャワ州、東ジャワ州では農業生産の最大シェアは米であるが、野菜作生産のシェアは畑作物よりも高いことがわかり、ジャワでの伝統的な作付体系において乾季の畑作物が野菜作へ代替されている可能性が示唆された。 |
| 科学技術振興機構, 産学が連携した研究開発成果の展開 研究成果展開事業 共創の場形成支援 共創の場形成支援プログラム(COI-NEXT) 地域共創分野(育成型), 農村と都市との豊かな結びつきを育む「いわて畜産テリトーリオ」創造拠点, 202410, 202510, 岩手県北部6市町村は、畜産をなりわいとして、地域の風土・歴史・文化・くらしが密接に関係し合いながら発展してきた地域である。しかしながら、当地域は、条件不利地を多く抱え、人口減少が急速に進む中で、気候変動や資材価格高騰等の影響により、畜産業の継続のみならず、農村コミュニティの存続そのものが危ぶまれる状況にある。このため、本プロジェクトでは、「農村のなりわいを守り、都市との豊かな結びつきを育む『いわて畜産テリトーリオ』の実現」をビジョンに掲げ、畜産業を中心に、生産効率のみを重視するのではなく、畜産がもたらす産品や教育効果、景観等を活用・保全し、農村と都市の人々が共に真の豊かさを享受できる社会の創造に向けて取り組む。 |
